Explain medical procedures clearly to patients and beneficiaries while creating a compassionate and supportive environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and their families.

Help patients understand their medical conditions, prescribed medications, dosage schedules, and other recommendations from doctors. Educate patients and family members on self-care practices and respond to their queries.

Support the Medical Doctor in conducting health assessments, including patient history taking, vital measurements, treatment procedures, medication management and dispensing, immunization, and compilation of medical reports.

Conduct daily checks of medical equipment and medicines to ensure all medical kits are properly prepared, adequately stocked, organized, and free from expired supplies.

Ensure proper functioning of medical equipment through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, inventory management, and coordination of repair services when required.

Maintain high standards of patient care and continuously monitor and evaluate the quality and effectiveness of services provided.

Ensure proper cleaning, handling, sterilization, storage, and utilization of medical instruments and equipment.

Promote a safe working environment by protecting team members from harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation, while providing appropriate guidance and support on safeguarding practices.

Promote awareness and compliance with the organization's Safeguarding Policy among team members and ensure safeguarding standards are maintained throughout all activities.

Follow established safeguarding reporting procedures for any reportable incidents and encourage team members to report concerns appropriately.
