• Patient Reception & Registration
• Receive and greet patients politely at the front desk or clinical area.
• Register patient details in the medical software and prepare patient files accurately.
• Guide patients on the next steps in the consultation or treatment process.
• Clinical Support
• Escort patients to doctors’ chambers, examination rooms, and diagnostic units as needed.
• Assist doctors during patient examinations and minor procedures.
• Help patients during diagnostic investigations (e.g., lab tests, imaging).
• Enter relevant patient data and treatment information into the hospital software system.
• Explain prescribed treatments and follow-up instructions to patients.
• Ward & Inpatient Support
• Provide both clinical and non-clinical support services in wards and cabins.
• Assist in pre-operative care by preparing patients physically and emotionally for surgery.
• Support intraoperative activities by assisting the doctor or nurse in the Operating Theater (OT).
• Offer attentive post-operative care to patients to ensure comfort and recovery.
• Patient Counseling & Communication
• Provide basic counseling to patients regarding treatment plans and medical procedures.
• Ensure patients understand instructions given by medical personnel.
• Maintain a calm, friendly, and respectful manner to ensure positive patient experiences.
• Additional Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the clinical area.
• Report patient concerns or abnormalities to the nurse or doctor immediately.
• Follow infection prevention protocols and safety guidelines.
• Support in administrative duties as assigned by supervisors or doctors.
