Cityscape Lifestyle Limited is looking for a competent and driven Odoo Functional Consultant to join its expanding ERP implementation team. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams, developers, and clients to analyze business needs and deliver efficient, scalable ERP solutions using Odoo. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise, excellent coordination skills, and a solution-focused approach to ERP implementation.
Analyze business processes and client requirements, and accurately map them to appropriate Odoo ERP functionalities.
Configure, customize, and implement end-to-end Odoo ERP modules in alignment with business objectives.
Demonstrate strong functional understanding and hands-on experience with core Odoo modules and their workflows.
Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of assigned tasks.
Conduct GAP analysis, functional design, and system analysis to support business goals.
Act as a trusted business consultant, advising clients on best practices and ERP-driven solutions.
Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including BRDs, functional specifications, SOPs, and test cases.
Perform module testing, validate developed features, and ensure system accuracy and quality.
Deliver end-user training and support smooth system adoption and usability.
Manage the full ERP implementation lifecycle, from configuration and testing to deployment and post-implementation support.
Present ERP solutions, demos, and prototypes to clients and stakeholders in a professional manner.
Document system configurations and provide guidance for future enhancements and maintenance.
