Age: 18–32 years.
Positive attitude with honesty, loyalty, and obedience to work and management.
Punctual, able to work under pressure, and maintain a professional demeanor.
Strong communication skills in English and Bengali, including drafting emails and speaking with foreign clients.
Proficient in computer operations: Internet research, email correspondence, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and basic Photoshop.
Fast typing skills in both Bangla and English, with the ability to create data sheets efficiently in MS Excel.
Skills
Prepare, verify, and submit all export documentation and bank applications, including collecting C&F documents and cash incentives.
Promote the company internationally, visit corporate clients, and deliver presentations to enhance export sales.
Maintain liaison with banks, trade bodies, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and C&F agents to ensure smooth operations and competitive rates.
Coordinate with QC and Product Development to ensure product quality, packaging, and proper stuffing.
Handle office administration, factory visits, VAT submissions, transportation, and export-related licenses and applications.
Manage accounts and financial records related to exports.
Work independently and perform additional duties as assigned by management.
