Responsibilities & Context

The Officer - Admin & Operations at a diagnostic center is essential to ensuring seamless operations and high-quality patient care. The officer collaborates with clinical and non-clinical teams, ensuring workflows align with healthcare standards and compliance regulations, ultimately contributing to the center's success.

Operational Management:
  • Oversee daily operations of the diagnostic center to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Optimize workflows to enhance patient experience and improve service efficiency.
Team Coordination:
  • Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical teams to address operational needs.
  • Facilitate effective communication among departments to ensure cohesive teamwork.
Quality Assurance:
  • Maintain high standards of patient care and service delivery.
  • Regularly review operational processes to identify and implement improvements.
Compliance & Standards:
  • Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and diagnostic center protocols.
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain compliance with industry standards.
Resource Management:
  • Manage inventory, including medical supplies, equipment, and consumables.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of resources to avoid wastage and delays.
Patient Relations:
  • Address patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally.
  • Promote a patient-centric approach to service delivery.
Administrative Oversight:
  • Supervise scheduling, documentation, and record-keeping processes.
  • Assist in financial tasks such as billing and budget tracking.
Crisis Management:
  • Handle emergencies and unexpected issues with prompt decision-making.
  • Implement contingency plans to mitigate operational disruptions.
Reporting & Analysis:
  • Prepare and present reports on center performance and operational metrics.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas requiring attention.
Training & Development:
  • Organize training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
