Educational Qualification:
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Management, Finance, Accounting, MIS, or Business Administration from a reputed university in Bangladesh or abroad.
  • (Note: All foreign degrees must be accompanied by equivalence certificates.)

Responsibilities & Context

  • Billing Operations:
  • Ensure accurate and timely issuance of bills to BdREN member institutes.
  • Promptly and efficiently collect payments from member institutes.
  • Verify that all billing transactions comply with relevant regulations and financial policies.
  • Address and resolve disputes or discrepancies in bills raised by member institutes.
  • Manage reminders and follow-ups for overdue bills and payments.
  • Data Management:
  • Perform accurate data entry for issued bills and conduct thorough data validation and quality checks.
  • Maintain organized records of BdREN member institutes and manage electronic filing systems for easy information retrieval.
  • Financial Record Keeping:
  • Enter collections received from member institutes and various projects into the system.
  • Accurately record receivables on the BdREN portal or ERP.
  • Log cheque collections and receipt entries on the portal.
  • Account Reconciliation:
  • Monitor arrears and received payments, ensuring records are up-to-date.
  • Reconcile payment methods (e.g., cash, cheque) to ensure collections align with corresponding invoices, and report any discrepancies.
  • Verify collections against bank statements to ensure accurate reflection in financial reports, reconciling regularly to maintain accuracy.
