Candidates should have prior experience in any of the following sectors: group of companies, plastic/polymer industry, sanitary ware, tiles/ceramics, or steel.
Generate and send invoices for cable sales, services, and project work promptly and accurately. Check sales orders, delivery challans, and all relevant documents before processing bills. Ensure all invoices follow approved pricing, discounts, and credit terms. Track customer outstanding dues and review ageing reports. Communicate with clients to collect payments according to credit policies. Work with the Sales and Collection teams to resolve any billing issues or mismatches. Record daily payments received and update customer ledgers accordingly. Accurately input all billing-related information into the ERP/Accounting system. Keep customer account details and transaction records updated. Support monthly closing by confirming that all billing tasks are completed. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly statements for billing and receivables.
