Plan and supervise production activities to meet daily production targets in line with established standards and procedures while ensuring consistent product quality.
Enhance productivity, minimize process loss, and reduce machinery downtime to achieve cost-effective production operations.
Maintain optimal inventory levels by effectively managing and controlling material flow.
Ensure the implementation of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), FSMS (Food Safety Management System), and other relevant ISO standards to produce safe, high-quality food products.
Prepare and generate management reports for performance evaluation and provide relevant updates to factory management.
