Responsibilities & Context

Meghna Ceramic Industries Limited (MCIL), a sister concern of Meghna Group of Industries (MGI), is a leading manufacturer of high-quality wall and floor tiles under the flagship brand 'Fresh Ceramics'. Our products serve private and commercial buildings, government institutions, mosques, and more. To support our rapid growth, we are seeking motivated, experienced, proactive, and energetic professionals to join the Delivery Section at our MCIL Plant in Narayanganj.

  • The selected incumbents will directly report to the Department Head and play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient delivery operations.
Documentation & Records:
  • Prepare and issue Delivery Challans before truck dispatch.
  • Update ERP records to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
Operational Coordination:
  • Coordinate loading and unloading activities and address product shortages with relevant departments.
  • Assist in order processing by collaborating with warehouse teams to pick, pack, and dispatch goods.
Distribution Management:
  • Prepare invoices and gate passes, and organize product deliveries to meet customer requirements.
  • Ensure inventory management using FIFO (First In, First Out) and LIFO (Last In, First Out) methods.
Stock & Delivery Monitoring:
  • Maintain accurate delivery and stock registers to track inventory and vehicle movements.
  • Follow up with drivers and dealers to ensure timely and safe deliveries to distribution points.
Issue Resolution:
  • Handle product returns or defective items to uphold customer satisfaction and brand reputation.
Reporting:
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on:
  • Orders processed
  • Deliveries made
  • Inventory levels
  • Fleet performance
  • Returns or defective product issues
