Responsibilities & Context

  • Merchandise the showroom by keeping product information up-to-date and ensuring accurate placement, display, and functionality in line with company guidelines.
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to their inquiries.
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with the R&D department of ATML.
  • Work on the development of new weaves.
  • Ensure maximum utilization of machines.
  • Communicate with customers to clarify and resolve various matters such as new inquiries, costing, quality, and delivery.
  • Analyze complex and critical designs from buyer-provided swatches.
  • Coordinate with the production department to align with buyer comments and requirements.
