Prepare product allocation plans for all sales channels and individual retail stores based on store classification.
Manage SKU allocation in retail stores according to display capacity and merchandising guidelines.
Monitor channel-wise and store-wise sales performance and develop action plans to achieve revenue and volume targets for assigned categories.
Track article-wise store sales and implement corrective actions for slow-moving products.
Plan and execute NOOS (Never Out Of Stock) articles to ensure target achievement as per plan.
Maintain store X article and store X pairs-wise assortment in line with company targets.
Prepare and share inter-store transfer plans for allocated product categories.
Maintain 4 months SFM (Stock for Month) in each retail store.
Ensure maximum stock aging control: 4 months in central distribution center and 5 months in virtual warehouse.
