  • Masters, Master’s degree in Gender and Studies /Development Studies /Social Science or any other relevant field.

  • At least 2 years of working experience in a relevant field (Gender and Inclusion, Gender-Based Violence, Disability Inclusion), with 1 year of experience in emergency response.
  • In-depth knowledge of training design, development, and delivery.
  • Detailed knowledge of capacity building techniques.
  • Understanding of learning aids and their effective use.
  • Proficient in operating computers, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to produce high-quality reports, success stories, and case studies.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Plan, implement, monitor, and report on project activities in alignment with donor requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve project goals and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Strengthen the capacity of project staff to ensure the effective implementation of the ESS (Environmental and Social Safeguards) and inclusion plan according to the DIP (Detailed Implementation Plan).
  • Provide capacity development for staff, volunteers, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Design and facilitate training sessions, meetings, and workshops independently to build awareness and skills on inclusion and related issues.
  • Work with the Research and Monitoring Lead to design monitoring tools to track changes in ESS, gender, inclusion, and social norms within the community.
  • Communicate effectively with people at all levels, both inside and outside the organization, on complex or sensitive issues.
  • Promote the integration of inclusion principles into all aspects of the project’s activities.
  • Ensure that project activities are inclusive, address the needs of marginalized groups, and align with overall strategic objectives.
