Responsibilities & Context

  • Calculate SMV (Standard Minute Value) based on the style.
  • Forecast targets for laying, cutting, sticker application, and bundling.
  • Prepare efficiency reports.
  • Monitor cutting production progress.
  • Record data on lost time.
  • Ensure fabric availability according to requirements.
  • Track work-in-progress (WIP) for cutting, printing, and embroidery processes.
  • Ensure line-wise input is met.
  • Follow up on the cutting plan.
  • Generate monthly KPI and performance reports.
  • Implement 5S/6S methodologies.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the relevant authority.
  • Calculate SMV based on the style.
  • Forecast targets for processes like sucker, ironing, folding, and polybagging.
  • Track finishing production progress (hourly and daily).
  • Conduct capacity and production studies, focusing on bottleneck areas.
  • Follow the weekly and monthly shipment schedules.
  • Coordinate with the merchandising, supply chain, and production teams regarding accessories.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of finishing manpower and resources.
  • Prepare style-closing reports.
  • Create monthly KPI and performance reports.
  • Drive operational improvements using Kaizen principles.
