Manage day-to-day store and inventory operations to support the hospital’s targets and operational objectives. Execute daily store activities, including physical inventory counts and reconciliation with system-generated stock records. Monitor stock shelf life, update records regularly, and prepare expiry status reports. Ensure proper physical issuance of materials following the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method. Implement and maintain Good Warehousing Practices (GWP) in compliance with established standards. Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams as required to ensure smooth operations. Track non-moving and slow-moving items and provide regular updates to the supervisor.
