Additional Requirements

Age should be between 25 to 45 years.
Candidates should have practical experience in one or more of the following areas: ISP operations, IT Enabled Services, Hardware Support, Software Support, and Network Administration.
Applicants must reside in close proximity to the factory location.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and effectively resolve technical issues.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle challenging situations with a positive attitude.
Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills are essential.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Technical Support

Responsibilities & Context

Provide technical support to ensure the smooth operation of computer systems, workstations, servers, and network infrastructure.
Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.
Deliver first-level technical support to end-users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues in a timely manner.
Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, software applications, and network devices.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls while ensuring compliance with organizational security policies.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, network, and connectivity issues efficiently.
Monitor, maintain, and support the organization's CCTV surveillance system.
Assist in deploying software applications, updates, and security patches while ensuring proper licensing and documentation.
Support the administration and maintenance of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, IPBX systems, and Wi-Fi access points to ensure secure and uninterrupted connectivity.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT systems, configurations, procedures, and support activities.
Prepare and submit reports on system performance, incidents, troubleshooting activities, and resolutions.
Support the implementation and enforcement of IT security policies, ensuring the protection of company data, systems, and infrastructure.
Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to recommend innovative solutions and continuous improvements.
Perform server and database backup operations and support disaster recovery planning and execution.
Coordinate with external IT service providers and vendors to ensure uninterrupted IT services and support.
Carry out any additional duties and responsibilities assigned by the management or concerned authority.
