Responsibilities & Context

  • Concept Illustration: Design rough layouts of art and copy, including product design, decorative stickers, typography, font styles, and related aesthetic concepts.
  • Graphic and Layout Design: Create graphics and layouts for product illustrations, packaging, and online advertisements.
  • Social Media Expertise: Apply knowledge of social media marketing platforms to create effective visual content.
  • Online Content Creation: Design graphics, motion graphics, and videos for advertisements.
  • Creative Planning: Bring creative ideas to life with strong graphic design skills and an eye for aesthetics.
  • Color Composition: Demonstrate excellent knowledge of color theory and composition in design.
  • Microsoft Office Knowledge: Utilize Microsoft Office programs to assist in various design tasks.
  • Analytical Skills: Apply strong analytical abilities to design tasks and improve the quality of work.
  • Collaboration: Actively contribute to concept development and the overall design process.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain customer focus, creativity, flexibility, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Image Editing: Edit product images, including background removal and design, to enhance visual appeal.
  • Ad Creation: Design and create graphics in line with guidelines, and produce social media ads for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and the web.
  • Coordination and Production: Oversee the creation and production of all images, design materials, and PDFs for the organization's digital marketing team.
