IT Enabled Services (ITES)
Agro-based Firms (including Agro Processing, Seed, and GM-related industries)
Proven experience as an IT Technician or in a related technical role
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
In-depth understanding of various computer systems and network architectures
Solid knowledge of internet security practices and data privacy principles
Set up and configure workstations, including computers and necessary peripheral devices such as routers, printers, IP & wireless networking equipment
Check and verify computer hardware components (e.g., HDDs, mice, keyboards) to ensure proper functionality
Install and configure software applications and features according to technical specifications
Develop, manage, and maintain local networks to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime
Ensure the security and privacy of all networks and computer systems
Provide technical support to clients, including configuration and troubleshooting of:
DHCP, DNS, GSM, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS protocols
SIP Servers, CCTV systems, IP PBX
BTS (Base Transceiver Station) & SDH/PDH systems
Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues, including part replacement and debugging
Maintain accurate records/logs of repairs, fixes, and scheduled maintenance activities
