Officer (Machinery Spare Store)

JK Group, a leading 100% export-oriented Knit Composite Company in Bangladesh, is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and motivated professional for the position of Officer – Spare Store (Spare Parts) at its South Dariapur, Savar, Dhaka facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain sound knowledge of spare parts inventory, including various types of machinery and equipment spare parts used in factory operations.
• Manage and maintain the overall Inventory Management System, ensuring accurate stock records and timely reporting to management and concerned departments.
• Prepare and submit Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly, and Annual stock and delivery reports.
• Receive spare parts and materials from suppliers, verify quantities and specifications, and monitor inventory levels based on operational requirements.
• Ensure proper storage, identification, traceability, and organization of materials in accordance with 5S principles and warehouse best practices.
• Supervise warehouse operations to ensure safe storage, efficient space utilization, and proper handling of inventory items.
• Ensure timely delivery of the right materials, in the correct quantity and quality, to the appropriate departments to support uninterrupted production activities.
• Maintain and preserve all store-related records and documentation, including delivery challans, invoices, departmental requisitions, gate passes, and inventory records.
• Regularly monitor and maintain cleanliness, tidiness, safety, and compliance standards within the store and warehouse areas.
• Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and production teams to ensure smooth inventory flow and operational efficiency.
