• ERP Module Development
• Develop, test, and implement ERP modules by analyzing business requirements and converting them into technical specifications.
• Data Migration & Documentation
• Assist in data migration and system integration activities.
• Document all ERP processes, updates, and changes accurately.
• System Design & Maintenance
• Design, maintain, and update ERP system functionalities, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.
• Strong knowledge of system design tools such as Draw.io, MS Visio, Figma, or similar tools is required.
• Collaboration & Communication
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs.
• Communicate findings and insights effectively to stakeholders through clear visualizations and presentations.
• Project Management & Presentation
• Lead the successful implementation of ERP modules.
• Present finalized modules to relevant departments for review and feedback.
• Reporting & Documentation
• Prpare daily production reports for all functional departments.
• Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders and executive management.
• Data Analysis & Insights
• Perform data analysis to support informed business decisions.
• Utilize tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, Office 365, MS PowerPoint, and Power BI for reporting and analysis.
