Experience & Skills

• Candidates with hands-on experience in Floating Fish Feed manufacturing companies or Feed Mills will be given preference.
• Practical experience in Feed Formulation and operating Feed Extruder Machines is highly desirable.
• Candidates should have a strong understanding of feed production processes and the ability to apply their technical knowledge in practical manufacturing environments.

Educational Qualification

• Educational qualifications will be considered based on the candidate’s practical skills, technical knowledge, and relevant work experience.
• Candidates with extensive practical experience and advanced technical expertise in the relevant field will be given special consideration, even where formal academic qualifications may be limited.

Special Note

• Preference will be given to candidates with hands-on, practical experience in Floating Fish Feed production rather than candidates with only theoretical knowledge.

Position: Fish Feed Production & Formulation Officer

We are seeking a skilled, experienced, and technically proficient professional to oversee floating fish feed production, develop feed formulations, and ensure consistent product quality throughout the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize Floating Fish Feed formulations based on the nutritional requirements of different fish species, sizes, and growth stages.

• Select appropriate raw materials, determine suitable ingredient ratios, and ensure the required nutritional composition of finished feed.

• Operate and monitor feed production machinery, including Feed Extruders, Grinders, Mixers, Dryers, and other related equipment.

• Produce floating pellets in different sizes and specifications while ensuring proper buoyancy, water stability, durability, and overall product quality.

• Monitor and control key nutritional parameters such as Protein, Fat, Fiber, Moisture, and other essential nutrients according to fish requirements.

• Minimize raw material wastage and control production costs while maintaining the required feed quality and production standards.

• Conduct regular quality control checks and monitor production processes to ensure consistency and compliance with established specifications.

• Ensure proper operation, routine maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of production machinery and equipment.

• Review existing feed formulations and production processes to identify opportunities for improving product quality, production efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

• Participate in research, testing, and development of new and improved fish feed formulations, raw material combinations, and production techniques.
