Prepare daily line input plans based on shipment priorities.
Develop daily sewing line working hour schedules.
Submit authorized daily line‑wise input reports.
Follow up on cutting, printing, and embroidery production to ensure smooth line feeding.
Prepare daily line WIP reports to monitor and maintain line balance.
Develop TNA plans considering operational flow and lead times from yarn to shipment.
Prepare weekly TNA achievement reports from yarn stage to PCD.
Closely monitor and follow up on TNA activities to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Prepare style‑wise plans for sewing subcontracting.
Develop and manage sewing subcontract input plans.
Coordinate collection of finished goods from subcontract factories through scheduled transportation.
Conduct regular follow‑ups on in‑house and subcontract sewing inputs.
Prepare weekly fund requirement statements for subcontract payments.
