  • Manage attendance and leave records for sales employees.
  • Address and resolve grievances from sales staff.
  • Assist in managing the sales warehouse and fixed assets.
  • Organize sales meetings and ensure all necessary logistical support.
  • Review and verify sales-related bills in accordance with company policies.
  • Provide counseling to sales employees to enhance productivity.
  • Manage deeds, official documents, sales reports, and prepare detailed reports on manpower costs.
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide relevant feedback.
