Experience Requirements:
Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounts, or Treasury functions within a reputed organization.
Practical experience in:
Financial reporting and account reconciliation
Budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis
Tax, VAT, and regulatory compliance
Cash flow management and banking operations
Financial risk assessment and control
Skills & Expertise:
Strong proficiency in financial analysis and reporting
In-depth understanding of accounting standards and regulatory frameworks
Skilled in MS Excel, ERP/Tally, and other accounting software
Thorough knowledge of budgeting, cost management, and variance monitoring
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Strong attention to detail with effective time management abilities

Provide strategic guidance to the Accounts and Finance team in managing financial operations, including planning, budgeting, and cost control, to achieve maximum service efficiency and optimal cost outcomes.
Lead and supervise finance personnel to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness in all accounting and reporting activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners while overseeing the preparation and reconciliation of periodic financial reports.
Conduct cost analyses and interpret financial data to support informed business decisions.
Assist management in profitability evaluation, product pricing, project costing, budgeting, and preparation of management information systems (MIS) reports.
Develop, review, and monitor the Master Budget to ensure effective financial control and alignment with organizational goals.
Analyze budget variances compared to previous years, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective measures for financial performance improvement.
Monitor and manage accounts receivable and payable to ensure timely collections and payments both within and outside the organization.
Ensure sufficient cash flow to support operational needs and investment plans.
Perform financial monitoring and risk assessments to identify potential financial exposures and propose mitigation strategies.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors to uphold transparency and ensure adherence to financial regulations and compliance standards.
