Responsibilities & Context

  • Monitor and balance the production line based on capacity and work-in-progress (WIP).

  • Ensure the bundle system is properly maintained.

  • Reconcile daily scanning and management information system (MIS) reports.

  • Evaluate the skills of new workers and staff.

  • Manage and control additional overtime manpower.

  • Ensure that non-productive time (NPT) is accurately recorded and that line performance meets the required targets set by the labor contract, considering NPT.

  • Achieve targets according to the learning curve objectives.

  • Conduct skill assessments and promote multi-skilling among workers.

  • Update the skills inventory monthly and publish it every three months.

  • Organize and execute Quality Control Organization (QCO) meetings.

  • Verify and ensure the availability of skills required for upcoming styles.

  • Maintain line capacity above the established production targets.

  • Ensure targets are met based on current manpower and line capacity for each shift.
