  • BSc/MSc in Textiles, Apparel, Industrial Engineering (IE), or related fields, with a strong academic record from reputable universities.
  • Experience:
  • A minimum of three (3) years of practical experience in a related field with reputable organizations.
  • Personal Traits:
  • Must be honest, polite, sincere, proactive, self-motivated, energetic, hardworking, and a non-smoker.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Industrial ERP, Tally ERP, MS Office, E-mail, and Internet.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Conduct audits for all types of outside and in-house sub-contract works, covering the full process from order confirmation to order closing. This includes audits for yarn dyeing, knitting, dyeing-finishing, AOP, garment printing, embroidery, and sewing-finishing.
  • Costing:
  • Audit dyeing batch costing and consumption.
  • Sample, CAD, and Cutting:
  • Audit RMG sample making and distribution, CAD design efficiency, and bulk cutting processes.
  • RMG Operations Audit:
  • Audit RMG marketing and merchandising, planning, supply chain, industrial engineering (IE), and quality assurance operations.
  • Other Responsibilities:
  • Assist senior auditors in coordinating various audit roles, including sales audits, audits of leftover/reject/scrap/waste control, and audits of main and sub-stores. This involves on-the-spot audits of delivery systems and challan-gate passes, receiving systems and challan inspections, storing systems, inventory management, and addressing misuse and forgery. Additionally, complete any other tasks or assignments assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).
