Officer/ Senior Officer (Store-transport)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination with vendors, engineers, and relevant stakeholders.

Proficiency in ERP systems for efficiently managing inventory and procurement-related activities.

Strong command of Microsoft Excel for preparing reports and performing data analysis.

Ability to identify and resolve issues related to incorrect supplies, damaged goods, and non-moving inventory in a timely manner.

Capability to conduct physical inspections of inventory, materials, and store supplies.

Monitor stock levels and regularly update inventory records.

Supervise store operations and ensure accurate maintenance of stock-related documentation.

Enter and manage data in the ERP system, including requisitions, material receipts and issues, vendor and customer invoices, sales orders, and internal consumption records.

Receive material requisitions from SBUs and arrange fulfillment based on operational requirements.

Monitor incorrect supply cases and maintain records of returned spare parts.

Prepare reports on damaged, obsolete, and non-moving inventory items.

Monitor and analyze requisition-to-delivery performance to ensure timely fulfillment.
