• Buyer Communication & Customer Satisfaction:
• Maintain regular communication with buyers to address inquiries, provide production updates, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate closely with production, quality, and sales teams to ensure buyer requirements are met on time and with the expected quality.
• Issue Resolution & Relationship Management:
• Address buyer concerns or complaints promptly and effectively, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain positive buyer relationships.
• Work proactively to identify potential concerns and resolve them before they impact customer satisfaction.
• Reporting & Performance Visualization:
• Design and generate various buyer reports, including graphs and dashboards, to effectively visualize KPIs/OKIs and track performance.
• Provide actionable insights based on data to enhance decision-making and improve customer service.
