Quality Feeds Limited (QFL), a respected leader in Bangladesh’s agro-based industry, is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Officer/Sr. Officer – Corporate Affairs (Secretarial, Shares Compliance – SCD). This role demands expertise in managing corporate affairs, handling legal documentation, performing secretarial duties, and maintaining effective communication with government authorities and regulatory bodies.
Candidates with partial completion of Chartered Secretary (CS) qualifications and prior experience in agro-based businesses or diversified group companies will be given preference.
Organize and manage company meetings; maintain proper minutes and records across all group companies.
File statutory returns with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies (RJSC) accurately and within required timelines.
Handle all share-related matters, including issuance of share certificates and maintaining relevant statutory registers.
Coordinate trademark-related matters with legal advisors and concerned associates.
Liaise with government and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth handling of corporate affairs.
Prepare, verify, and review MOUs, deeds, delegations of authority (DOAs), and legal contracts.
Maintain regular communication with internal and external legal advisors/consultants regarding legal and compliance issues.
Keep updated records of statutory registers and dashboards reflecting the company’s legal status.
Assist in obtaining and renewing various business licenses such as TIN, BIN, Trade License, Fire License, Factory License, BIDA, BERC, Livestock, Fisheries, Boiler, IRC, ERC, and others.
Develop, monitor, and update the company’s compliance framework regularly and ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
Support corporate and banking compliance activities; prepare responses to official letters or notices from regulatory authorities.
Perform any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or senior management.
