Chartered Secretary (CS): Partially completed
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong legal drafting and compliance skills
Proficient in MS Office and legal documentation
Ability to work under pressure and extended hours
Manage company meetings and maintain minute books for all group companies.
File statutory returns with RJSC in a timely and accurate manner.
Handle share-related matters, including issuance of share certificates and maintenance of share registers.
Follow up on trademark-related issues with associates and legal advisors.
Liaise and coordinate with government and regulatory authorities.
Prepare, review, and verify MOUs, deeds, DOAs, and other legal contracts.
Maintain communication with internal and external lawyers/consultants on legal matters.
Maintain various company registers and dashboards reflecting legal and compliance status.
Assist in applications and renewals of licenses, including TIN, BIN, Trade License, Fire License, Factory License, BIDA, BERC, Livestock, Fisheries, Boiler, IRC, ERC, etc.
Regularly update and monitor the company’s compliance framework.
Support banking and corporate compliance and respond to letters from government authorities.
Carry out any additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
