Ensure proper handling of depot petty cash and maintain 100% accuracy for all product inventories and batches.

Maintain stock both physically and in documentation following the FIFO method.

Ensure complete security of the depot, including inventory, cash, and all assets.

Prepare delivery plans that maximize coverage while minimizing operational costs.

Enter orders into the ERP system and generate corresponding sales orders.

Provide customers with precise and accurate cost estimates.

Coordinate delivery and collection of orders according to customer requirements.

Perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor as needed.
