Responsibilities & Context

  • Manage requisitions for IT equipment and stationery from various departments, ensuring timely and efficient procurement processes.
  • Collect Request for Quotations (RFQs), prepare comparative statements, and negotiate terms with suppliers to achieve cost-effectiveness.
  • Conduct cash purchases of engineering items through thorough market evaluations.
  • Issue purchase and work orders after obtaining the necessary approvals, ensuring timely delivery of materials.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure consistent quality, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
  • Oversee the entire procurement cycle (Source-to-Pay, S2P), ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Follow up on party advance adjustments and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the management
