Additional Requirements
- Postgraduate degree in any discipline from a reputed university, with no Third Division/Class in academic records.
- Minimum 3 years of banking experience, including at least 1 year of relevant experience in the Risk Management Division.
- Strong proficiency in data management using MS Excel and other relevant platforms, along with excellent analytical capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, public relations, and people management skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
Responsibilities & Context
- Gather and evaluate relevant data and information to identify potential risks and recommend effective risk mitigation measures.
- Develop, review, and update risk management policies, guidelines, manuals, SRP Supplementary Documents, and other related frameworks in line with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and submit various regulatory reports, including MCR, ICCAP, Risk-Based Capital Disclosure, Stress Testing, Risk Appetite Statement, Recovery Plan, MRMR, CRMR, and other applicable reports.
- Coordinate ERMC and SRP meetings, prepare meeting minutes, communicate decisions to relevant departments/divisions, and monitor the progress of implementation.
- Ensure the accurate, timely, and complete preparation and submission of RBS RITs, risk assessment schedules, and responses to regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with regulatory, supervisory, and working teams during on-site and off-site RBS inspections, reviews, meetings, and information-sharing sessions.
- Communicate regulatory updates, supervisory findings, circulars, and guidelines to relevant internal stakeholders and facilitate their effective implementation through appropriate operational actions.
