Ensuring accurate and timely submission of operational reports.

Maintaining effective cross-functional coordination and compliance with company SOPs.

Oversee daily distribution activities and ensure delivery plans are executed efficiently and on time.

Track order sheets, pending orders, and overall delivery progress.

Coordinate with Sales, Transport, Packing, Inventory, Security, and Depot teams to ensure smooth distribution operations.

Supervise truck and trawler loading activities, ensuring timely vehicle placement and release.

Work closely with Distribution Shift In-Charges, Supervisors, and Loading Drivers to maintain seamless daily operations.

Monitor vehicle loading time, waiting time, and turnaround time to reduce idle time and improve efficiency.

Maintain regular communication with Depot In-Charges regarding inventory status, vehicle requirements, and delivery updates.

Prepare and submit daily distribution, delivery, vehicle utilization, and exception reports.

Track daily delivery performance against approved plans and report operational gaps to management.

Ensure proper shift handovers and follow up on all outstanding operational issues.

Identify distribution-related challenges and coordinate appropriate corrective measures.

Ensure compliance with company SOPs, dispatch procedures, and operational guidelines.

Support management initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency, optimize vehicle utilization, and control distribution costs.
