Additional Requirements

• Regular monitoring of ETP ZDHC wastewater parameters, including COD, BOD, TSS, TDS, EC, pH, and color.
• Oversee biological processes by tracking control parameters such as MLSS, MLVSS, F
• ratio, SV30, SVI, total nitrate, and total phosphate levels.
• Supervise filter press operations and sludge management, maintaining records of sludge disposal.
• Ensure lab equipment calibration is up-to-date.
• Conduct relevant awareness training sessions.
• Monitor and update water balance data for the ETP Manager.
• Prepare root cause analysis for any issues in wastewater parameters.
• Oversee routine maintenance of ETP equipment, including mechanical and electrical systems (e.g., blowers, brush screens, pumps, pH controllers, level controllers, dosing pumps, panel boards, change-overs, diffusers), and coordinate with relevant departments and personnel.
• Send wastewater samples for testing to regulatory and brand agencies such as DoE, BV, C&A, H&M, and others.
• Collect, review, and act on wastewater test reports.
• Manage the ETP chemical sub-store, including proper labeling, storage compatibility, safe handling, and PPE usage.
• Prepare and monitor chemical dosing ratios for optimal ETP operation.
• Promote wastewater quality and quantity improvements by raising awareness, sharing water data with the dyeing section, and fostering microorganism growth.
• Calculate ETP operational costs.
• Implement Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) strategies through reduction, reuse, and recycling initiatives.
