System & Network Management
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, hardware, software, and office networks, including LAN infrastructure, internet connectivity, and email platforms (Outlook 2019, 2021, 2024, and Office 365).
Troubleshoot and resolve network and system-related issues to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Technical Support
Provide prompt and effective IT support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.
Ensure all support incidents are documented, tracked, and resolved efficiently.
CCTV Operations & Maintenance
Install, configure, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems.
Monitor live footage, troubleshoot system issues, and assist management in reviewing recordings when necessary.
IT Equipment Maintenance
Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, UPS units, and other IT-related hardware.
Ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime across all devices.
Field Visits
Conduct routine visits to factories and branch offices to address on-site IT concerns.
Ensure that all systems are functioning correctly and provide hands-on support as needed.
Inventory Management & Data Confidentiality
Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation.
Safeguard video footage and sensitive IT-related information, maintaining strict confidentiality and data security standards.
