Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage relevant software to streamline daily operations.

• Provide excellent customer support via phone, social media, and other channels.

• Handle and maintain delivery processes, including tracking and coordination with couriers.

• Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure satisfaction and smooth operations.

• Perform tasks as assigned by management to support business objectives.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in operating software tools (training will be provided if needed).

• Strong communication skills in Bengali and English.

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.

• A proactive and problem-solving attitude.

• Previous experience in customer support or operations is a plus.
