Responsibilities & Context
- Respond to customer inquiries through Facebook, WhatsApp, website, email, and other online platforms.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Generate and convert online sales leads into customers.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
- Prepare quotations, process orders, and coordinate with delivery/accounts teams.
- Maintain accurate records of customers, leads, orders, and sales.
- Promote products through social media and other digital channels.
- Meet daily, monthly, and yearly sales targets.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer feedback.
