• Supervise and monitor all branch activities, including the store, purchasing, kitchen, and maintenance.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Oversee and coordinate daily resort operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Collaborate with department heads, such as front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage, to optimize workflows.
• Monitor and analyze guest satisfaction surveys and reviews, implementing improvements as necessary.
• Manage and optimize resort budgets, controlling expenses while maximizing revenue.
• Provide training to staff on safety procedures, customer service standards, and other relevant topics.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations by conducting regular inspections.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and local businesses.
• Address guest concerns and complaints with professionalism and a commitment to resolution.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
