We are seeking a proactive and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our property’s operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience in hotel and resort management. The role focuses on ensuring seamless daily operations, maintaining exceptional service standards, and delivering a superior guest experience while achieving operational and financial objectives.
Manage daily hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and guest services.
Ensure effective coordination among all departments to uphold high service standards.
Monitor staff performance, provide guidance, and conduct regular training to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
Address guest complaints promptly and ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
Develop, implement, and enforce operational policies, SOPs, and quality control measures.
Supervise room allocations, reservation management, and ensure occupancy targets are achieved.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the property.
Collaborate with accounts and procurement teams to manage budgets, control costs, and oversee inventory.
Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review.
Ensure full compliance with company policies, hotel regulations, and local legal requirements.
