Hotel Operation Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and responsible Hotel Operation Manager to oversee and manage the overall operations of our property. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and practical experience in hotel and resort management. You will ensure seamless daily operations, uphold high service standards, and deliver an outstanding guest experience while achieving the hotel’s operational and financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and guest services.
Ensure smooth coordination across all departments to maintain excellent service quality.
Monitor staff performance, provide guidance, and conduct regular training to enhance efficiency and service standards.
Address guest complaints promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction.
Implement operational policies, SOPs, and quality control measures.
Supervise room allocation and reservation flow to meet occupancy targets.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the property.
Collaborate with accounts and procurement teams to manage budgets, control costs, and oversee inventory.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, hotel regulations, and local laws.
