  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in tech industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.

  • Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, ERP systems).

Responsibilities & Context

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the company.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Manage and motivate a team of operations staff.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process optimization.
  • Handle any issues or concerns that arise in a timely and effective manner.
