  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience required
  • Must have experience in Electronic Equipment / Home Appliances industry
  • At least 2 years in a senior leadership or Operations Manager role within appliance service operations

  • Strong time management skills with a focus on meeting service deadlines

Responsibilities & Context

  • Manage daily operations of appliance service centers and field service teams
  • Assign engineers/technicians to service requests based on skills, availability, and job requirements
  • Monitor service quality, technical performance, and customer satisfaction levels
  • Plan and optimize technician schedules, routes, and workload distribution
  • Handle customer complaints and escalations, ensuring quick resolution
  • Coordinate with inventory teams to ensure availability and tracking of spare parts
  • Review daily service reports, job completion updates, and turnaround time (TAT) performance
  • Work toward KPIs related to revenue, sales, service quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety regulations, and warranty policies
  • Maintain accurate and updated service records and documentation
  • Communicate with vendors, brands, and warranty partners for approvals and support
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations of technicians and service staff
  • Identify skill gaps and arrange technical or soft-skill training programs
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce repeat issues
  • Monitor operational costs and assist in budgeting for service operations
  • Maintain effective communication between service centers, management, and clients
  • Promote continuous improvement in technical expertise and customer service standards
