Outlet Manager- Sales & Operations

• Must have good command of Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel.

Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets in line with the company's business objectives.

• Lead, guide, and motivate sales staff to meet daily and monthly sales goals.

• Maintain excellent store conditions and ensure proper visual merchandising standards.

• Handle cash transactions accurately and ensure proper cash management.

• Plan and implement store operations and conduct monthly physical inventory audits.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Ensure adequate stock levels and product availability, and raise requisitions for necessary inventory items.

• Monitor purchasing trends and identify customer preferences and requirements.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to management.

• Demonstrate flexibility to work extended hours when required.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe retail environment while ensuring proper CCTV operation.

• Oversee the overall maintenance and smooth functioning of the retail outlet.
