Responsibilities & Context

Maintain the official company page and respond promptly to messages, comments, and inquiries. - Receive and process orders from the website and phone calls. - Manage client databases and communicate effectively through phone calls, social media, live chats, etc. - Identify customer needs and feedback, and collaborate with relevant departments for improvements. - Promote and encourage customers to explore our products and services. - Ensure each client is handled with care and professionalism, providing high-quality customer service at all times. - Communicate detailed and accurate information about our products, including features, benefits and pricing.
