Candidates with experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, or customer support will be given preference.

Experience Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Telemarketing, Customer Support, Call Center Operations, or related fields is preferred.
Experience in eCommerce, electronics, home appliances, consumer goods, or retail sales will be considered an advantage.
Prior experience handling customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, Facebook Inbox, or other online communication channels is highly desirable.

Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and persuasion skills in Bangla.
Basic English communication skills will be an added advantage.
Clear speaking ability and confident phone communication skills.
Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Technical Skills

Basic computer proficiency, including:
- MS Word
- MS Excel
- Google Sheets
- Internet Browsing
- Email Communication
Familiarity with:
- WhatsApp Business
- Facebook Page Inbox
- CRM Software
- Online Sales Management Tools
  will be considered a plus.

We are currently seeking energetic, confident, and target-driven female candidates for the position of Paid Intern / Contractual Tele Sales Executive.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, customer communication, and business development. The selected candidates will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, generating sales opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the company's sales growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided lead databases.

✔ Follow up with potential customers through phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

✔ Introduce and explain Torayvino water purifier products, features, and promotional offers professionally.

✔ Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.

✔ Generate, verify, and confirm sales orders through effective communication and customer engagement.

✔ Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.

✔ Handle customer inquiries, objections, and product-related questions in a professional manner.

✔ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-up activities, and sales progress.

✔ Update lead status and customer information in the company CRM or reporting system.

✔ Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly call, lead generation, and sales targets.

✔ Coordinate with the sales, customer service, and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

✔ Prepare daily activity reports and submit updates to supervisors as required.

✔ Perform any other sales and customer support-related duties assigned by management.
