  • Additional Experience: Background in call center operations or public relations will be an added advantage.

  • Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction by addressing needs promptly and effectively.
  • Collect feedback forms and respond appropriately to any negative feedback, taking necessary actions to enhance patient experience.
