  • HSC, Diploma, Bachelor/Honors
  • Minimum H.S.C/Graduate or Diploma Certification.
  • Minimum of 5 years in pattern making for Ladies Wear, specifically woven and denim fabrics.
  • Proven ability to create pattern grading and fitting solutions for all women’s size ranges.
  • In-depth knowledge of various types of woven fabrics and their properties.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving objectives.
  • Strong ability to effectively communicate and collaborate within a team environment.
  • Energetic approach to work with a solution-focused perspective.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing tasks efficiently.
  • Extensive knowledge and practical experience in garment-related tasks.
  • Expertise in pattern making, both manually and using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Photo Editing Software.
  • Strong skills in email communication and internet browsing for professional correspondence and research.
  • A commitment to following office policies, procedures, and regulations with a professional attitude.

  • Able to Read & Understand PID/TP & buyer Comments;
  • Able to make all kind of Pattern as per buyer requirement;
  • Able to ensure fitting on dress form;
  • Able to communicate with buying TD as well as production team;
  • Able to solve all kind of technical issues for smooth production;
  • Able to make call out for PID clarification as well as production feasibility;
  • Able to operate pattern/marker software Gerber Technology (GGT);
  • Able to convert pattern from different format & software;
  • Must have ability to making all kinds of ladies wear pattern;
  • Must have ability to making all kinds of women plus size wear pattern grading / fitting experience;
  • Must have ability to review properly Buyer provided file (TP, TF, PID, PDM) before going to make the pattern and if any comments needed, ensure to concern department head;
  • Capable to ensure all documents are maintained and controlled on a daily basis;
  • Able to develop or make a plan within short time for any critical section;
  • Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management.
