Payroll Officer

✔ Age: 30 to 45 years

✔ Only male candidates are eligible to apply.

✔ Strong knowledge of payroll processing, attendance management, and HR documentation.

✔ Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.

✔ Prepare and maintain daily employee attendance reports.

✔ Process monthly payroll, including workers' wages, staff salaries, overtime, bonuses, and other payroll-related payments.

✔ Assist in all payroll operations and ensure timely, accurate salary processing.

✔ Prepare payroll reports and handle scheduled and unscheduled payroll activities.

✔ Generate daily absenteeism reports and submit them to the Factory Head and Head Office.

✔ Maintain, update, and organize employee personal files, service books, and HR records in compliance with company policies.

✔ Ensure timely issuance and maintenance of appointment letters, ID cards, employee handbooks, service books, and other employment documents.

✔ Monitor employee entry, attendance, ID card usage, and workplace movement as required.

✔ Assist in employee separation procedures, including final settlement, clearance, and payment processing.

✔ Update employee information in HR databases and maintain accurate personnel records.

✔ Support HR and administrative activities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

✔ Perform any other HR, payroll, or administrative duties assigned by management.
