Role Summary (Please Read Carefully)

This role is responsible for owning and managing paid lead generation initiatives for eSaviour Limited. The primary objective is to consistently generate high-quality, qualified leads from Amazon FBA sellers through performance-driven advertising channels.

Primary & Supporting Channels:

  • Meta Lead Ads (core channel)

  • Google Search Ads & YouTube Ads (supporting channels)

  • Basic LinkedIn Ads strategy (optional execution)

Success in this role will be measured by lead quality, cost per lead (CPL) efficiency, and consistency, rather than vanity metrics.


Key Responsibilities

1) Meta Ads – Lead Generation (Primary Focus)

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Lead Ads campaigns for agency services

  • Design high-intent instant lead forms with effective qualifying questions

  • Build, manage, and optimize retargeting audiences, including:

    • Website visitors

    • Video viewers

    • Lead form openers and non-submitters

  • Test and refine ad creatives, hooks, and messaging tailored specifically for Amazon FBA sellers

  • Strategically balance lead volume with lead quality to ensure performance efficiency


2) Google Search & YouTube Ads (Secondary Responsibility)

  • Execute Google Search Ads targeting high-intent keywords (e.g., Amazon FBA services, PPC agencies, listing optimization)

  • Leverage YouTube Ads to distribute authority-driven content and warm prospective audiences

  • Support Meta campaigns through cross-platform retargeting strategies


3) LinkedIn Strategy (Light Execution)

  • Identify and define ideal Amazon seller ICPs on LinkedIn

  • Advise on scenarios where LinkedIn Ads are more effective than Meta Ads

  • Optionally manage or support basic LinkedIn Lead Ads campaigns

  • Coordinate with freelancers or external resources when required


4) Tracking, Reporting & Optimization

  • Ensure accurate conversion tracking using Meta Pixel, GA4, and basic GTM configurations

  • Monitor CPL, lead quality indicators, and funnel drop-off points

  • Deliver weekly performance reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations

  • Collaborate with sales teams to refine targeting and lead qualification based on feedback


Scope Clarification: What This Role Does Not Include

To avoid any ambiguity, the role does not involve:

  • Email marketing (managed by freelancers)

  • SEO or content writing

  • Graphic design or video editing

  • Sales closing or client-facing calls

Primary responsibility: Traffic acquisition and qualified lead generation — not sales closure.


Required Experience & Skills

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or performance marketing

  • Proven expertise in running Meta Lead Ads for service-based businesses or agencies

  • Practical experience with Google Search Ads

  • Strong understanding of:

    • Lead qualification frameworks

    • Retargeting strategies

    • Funnel optimization concepts

  • Prior experience working in a marketing or performance agency environment

  • Ability to explain performance results clearly using data-driven logic rather than buzzwords


Nice to Have (Preferred but Not Mandatory)

  • Experience marketing to Amazon FBA sellers

  • Exposure to YouTube Ads or video-centric funnels

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads

  • Experience using CRM or lead management systems


KPIs & Success Metrics

Performance will be evaluated based on:

  • Cost per qualified lead (CPL)

  • Lead quality feedback from the sales team

  • Continuous funnel improvement and optimization

  • Consistency in execution and optimization mindset

  • Clear, insightful reporting with strong ownership and accountability
