Requirements:
Must hold a valid veterinary registration number and possess a strong academic background
Willingness to work extended hours when required
Proven expertise in performing pet animal surgeries
Examine pets to diagnose illnesses, injuries, or behavioral issues
Prescribe and administer medication, vaccinations, and treatments
Perform minor and major surgeries as required
Provide preventive healthcare, including deworming, flea/tick control, and nutrition advice
Guide pet owners on preventive care, diet, and overall well-being of their animals
Explain diagnoses, treatment options, and recovery plans clearly
Provide counseling on responsible pet ownership and animal welfare
Respond promptly to emergency cases such as accidents, poisoning, or severe illness
Stabilize and treat pets in critical condition
Conduct or recommend diagnostic tests (X-rays, blood work, stool/urine tests)
Interpret test results and plan treatment accordingly
Maintain detailed medical records for each animal treated
Ensure compliance with veterinary regulations and clinic policies
Monitor and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sterilization of clinic equipment
Ensure safe handling and disposal of biological waste and medicines
Stay updated on the latest veterinary practices, medicines, and technologies
Collaborate with other veterinarians, assistants, and support staff for better outcomes
